Helmes Head of Design HAS

At least 2 of the first 3 following

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, service design, UI/UX design, user research or related field

  • Experience in leading people
  • Experience with finances, budgeting and driving business results (efficiency, profitability, business growth) is an extra bonus
  • University degree in a related field

What we’re looking for:

  • Mid to senior in Kotlin or Java, experience with React
  • Ready to face the clients’ business with the right attitude and enjoy speaking along in creating a high-quality product
  • Team player who is caring towards the team, the clients, and the experience of the end-users
  • Estonian and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Interest in machine learning is a plus
