- Support team growth, well-being and performance
- Lead successful project delivery while balancing client needs and business goals
- Plan team capacity and allocate technical resources
- Manage team finances, including budgeting, billing and reporting
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Contribute to sales efforts and proposal preparation
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and ways of working
- Collaborate with the Business Unit Lead to grow the business and attract new clients
We are looking for someone who has
- 3+ years of project management experience in software development
- Experience in leading teams, including the ability to motivate people
- Exceptional communication skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and complete one’s responsibilities
- Experience in managing finances and budgets at the unit level
- Very good Estonian and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Knowledge and ability to manage Scrum processes
