Looking for a Technical Lead with

  • Experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Architect
  • Ability to solve complex technical tasks independently and be responsible for the technical solution and quality
  • Highly skilled as a developer (experience in Java web development using relational databases, JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue) and ready to be a role model for the team member
  • Quick learning capabilities, strong analytical skills, and adaptability to challenges
  • Excellent Estonian (and very good English) both written and spoken
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills
  • The proactive, confident, constructive, and rational attitude
  • Experience in (Estonian) public sector projects would be an advantage

As a Technical Lead you will

  • Participate in the clients’ meetings to understand the client’s new business needs, including their technical capabilities/infrastructure, which will directly affect the solution we could offer
  • Advise the client on how to solve their business needs through IT and introduce the different technical options
  • Supervising the team from a technical perspective, leading a code review and development implementation process
  • Monitoring technical tasks and looking for optimization and continuous improvement of development processes and the system
  • Designing architecture, system, and integrations
  • Take ownership of the product’s subcomponents, including functional specifications and non-functional requirements, design, and implementation
  • Communicating (to the team and client) the architectural requirements, solutions, and decisions
  • Lead and carry out technical risk management
  • Being hands-on with coding
