We are looking for a Tech Lead/Architect to join our new and exciting fintech project.
It’s a perfect opportunity to work on a challenging project and influence the outcome!
You will
- Participate in the clients’ meetings to understand the client’s new business needs, including their technical capabilities/infrastructure, which will directly affect the solution we could offer
- Advise the client on how to solve their business needs through IT and introduce the different technical options
- Explain what each of our proposed solutions essentially affects/presupposes (e.g. the choice between a native mobile app vs a hybrid app vs a responsive website)
- Help the customer to decide on the most suitable technical solution in the given situation
- Advise the Team Lead with estimated time and volume to make the proposal to the client as attractive as possible with keeping the business needs in mind
- Be a leading force in the development team during the project – decision-making, solving challenges, using coding skills
- Support the Team Lead in creating a new Helmes Way Development Team and be a good mentor for your team
We are looking for
- Experience as a Lead Developer, Tech Lead or Architect
- Willingness and ability to influence – inspire, lead, persuade, negotiate
- Ability to solve complex technical tasks independently and be responsible for the technical solution and quality
- Highly skilled as a developer and ready to be a role model for the team members
- Exceptional in communication and teamwork skills
- Quick learning capabilities, strong analytical skills
- Very good English, both written and spoken
