- At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst
- Experience in RestAPI design
- Familiarity with UML and BPM notations, experience in requirements mapping and analysis, and the ability to create clear and accurate technical documentation
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and switch between different topics efficiently
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Very good Estonian and English skills, both written and spoken
Experience in public sector projects and business analysis is a plus.
In your role as an Analyst, you will:
- Participate in project management and task planning, assigning action points to the team, client, and partners
- Collaborate with the development team, actively engaging in daily communication with developers to ensure a smooth workflow
- Participate in overall communication and workshops with the client and partners
- Understand the client’s business goals, needs, and success criteria to develop the best technical solutions in collaboration with the team
