Challenges you’ll tackle: 

  • Designing and implementing scalable, evolvable data models in dbt to support business analysts and data scientists; 
  • Building and maintaining complex ELT/ETL pipelines using Python and orchestrating them with Airflow (Cloud Composer); 
  • Managing and fine-tuning BigQuery environments to ensure high performance and cost-efficiency; 
  • Integrating various data sources (APIs, third-party systems) into a centralized GCP-native data lake/warehouse; 
  • Ensuring data integrity and security by following engineering best practices and participating in code reviews.

Skills for success: 

  • Strong experience with modular data modeling and testing using dbt; 
  • Deep understanding of cloud data warehousing and SQL optimization; 
  • Experience working with BigQuery and Snowflake; 
  • Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable Python code for data processing; 
  • Hands-on experience with DAG design and workflow orchestration; 
  • Solid understanding of dimensional modelling principles; 
  • Great English language skills. 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with Terraform; 
  • Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions for data pipeline automation; 
  • Experience with streaming or large-scale batch data processing.

For this position, we offer 4 200 € – 5 800 €/month gross salary. 

The final offer will depend on your experience and competencies.
