Power BI Analyst/Developer

We are hiring a Power BI Analyst/Developer.

In the first phase, you will be conducting customer analysis meetings and building Power BI dashboards. You will have a high degree of autonomy but also a supportive team.

In the long run, you can have a transition path to become a Data Engineer.

In the short run, You will be doing

Conducting analysis meetings with customers.
Creating PowerBI dashboards.
Doing simpler data engineering tasks.
Learning data engineering routines.

In the long run, You can be doing

Setting up ETL/ELT processes using script-based solutions such as Databricks and GUI-based tools.
Setting up data warehouses, both on the cloud and on-premises.
Creating data models.
Conducting meetings with customers gathering requirements and proposing solutions.
Creating visualizations on platforms such as Power BI.
Constant learning and improving.

Must-haves

Experience in professionally creating Power BI dashboards for internal or external stakeholders.
Very good English language skills, both written and spoken. Estonian is a big plus.
Good SQL knowledge. The more Microsoft stack you have used, the better.
Very good communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

Higher education in IT/Statistics/Data Science or similar.
