Junior Legal Counsel is a valuable addition to the Helmes’ legal team to help in providing legal support essential for running and growing the business.

Helmes’ legal team input is required to make informed decisions about risks, legal documentation and overall provision of services.

It is a role that enables you to grow into a strong in-house legal specialist within the IT industry.

As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will:

  • Assist in the contract review relating to software development services
  • Draft and review internal rules and other corporate governance related documents
  • Provide support related to internal systems compliance controls
  • Draft legal opinions in specific areas and consult the legal team or the business directly
  • Take responsibility for managing processes related to less complex legal documentation

You are a great addition to the team with:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Law and the objective to work towards obtaining a Master’s Degree in Law
  • Deep interest to understand the inner workings of an international software development powerhouse
  • Strong project management skills with the will to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can explain any legal matter in a clear and simple way
  • Attitude of getting things done on time and in an organised way
  • High proficiency in English and Estonian language, both written and spoken
