A growth-oriented and international team is looking for an internal systems analyst.
We are looking for a curious and enthusiastic analyst to participate in the design, development, and maintenance of Helmes’s internal IT systems and processes.

As a Systems Analyst, you will be in charge of
- Understanding the client’s business goals, needs, and success criteria in order to come up with the best technical solutions together with the team
- Gathering, clarifying, analyzing, and specifying requirements and user stories, creating technical documentation and UI prototypes
- Participating in overall communication and workshops with the client, partners, and development team
You are a great addition to the team with
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Higher education in IT
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and designs
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with SQL and relational databases, UML, and business process mapping
- Care for well-structured and detailed documentation
- Knowledge of GDPR
- Ability to read code, perform automating tasks through scripting
- Excellent English and Estonian language skills, both written and spoken
