What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will build and develop high-quality lead pipelines through structured research and targeted outreach, primarily via email and LinkedIn. You will use a data-driven and systematic approach, as well as modern AI tools, to work smarter, personalize better, and continuously improve results.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Building ICP-based company lists from scratch based on defined target criteria
  • Researching companies and identifying relevant decision-makers
  • Finding and verifying contact data such as emails and LinkedIn profiles
  • Creating and running personalized outreach campaigns (email and LinkedIn)
  • Writing tailored messages with strong focus on relevance and personalization
  • Maintaining accurate and structured data in tracking sheets and CRM systems
  • Monitoring outreach performance and improving conversion rates over time
  • Collaborating closely with the Business Area Lead and the Team Leads

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, ideally in software development outsourcing, IT services, or digital agencies
  • Hands-on experience with cold outreach (email and/or LinkedIn), including sequences and follow-ups
  • Proven ability to build lead databases and identify relevant target markets independently
  • Experience working with sales or marketing automation tools such as Reply.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo or similar platforms
  • Practical use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to support research, enrichment, and personalization
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a structured way of working with data
  • Comfort working with clear KPIs and activity targets (contacts, leads, meetings, pipeline contribution)
  • Strong written English (B2+ level), Russian language skills are a plus
