Kuehne+Nagel is a leading global provider of fully integrated supply chain solutions. It is the world’s largest sea freight and second-largest air freight forwarder. I’m a digital transformation leader with 20+ years of experience building and guiding high-performing global software engineering organizations. I’ve learned that digital success is defined less by technology and more by people: by the quality of collaboration and partnership. In large-scale environments such as supply chain and logistics, where systems are shaped by dozens of stakeholders, regulatory requirements, cultures, and business responsibilities, real success depends on aligning both the technical and the human sides of change.
I am passionate about productivity and continuously look for second- and third-level optimization gains that create measurable business impact. As a founding partner of Helmes – one of the key contributors to the success of e-Estonia – I have helped deliver complex, multi-country programs across public and private sectors in Europe. I love building high-impact solutions, but it’s equally important to me to do it with teams where each individual is valued.
