join Helmes team hereAs a Team Lead, you will:
- Support the Business Unit Lead in sales and client acquisition by drafting offers and handling related tasks as needed
- Collaborate on developing and improving Helmes’ tools, processes, and best practices
- Lead a software development team and manage projects effectively
Your key responsibilities include:
- Inspire, motivate, and support your team’s growth and development
- Ensure your team has the necessary resources, including technology, skills, and capacity, to succeed
- Monitor team performance and continuously seek opportunities for improvement
- Manage financial aspects, including monthly billing and reporting
- Build lasting partnerships with clients and actively explore future collaboration opportunities
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communication, fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Project Manager, preferably in the IT field
- Experience in unit-level financial management
- Experience in sales is a plus
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile processes
- Proven team leadership and project management skills
- Excellent influencing skills, including the ability to inspire, lead, and negotiate
- Fluent in both Estonian and English, with strong spoken and written communication skills
