We are looking for
- 4+ years of working experience as a QA Engineer
- Experience and interest in unit testing, integration, end-to-end testing, and performance testing
- Experience in automating tests across all areas
- Test-driven development experience
- Previous experience in code writing is a plus
- Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills, willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Team player who values courage, honesty and efficiency
In terms of technical stack, we desire
- Knowledge of Cucumber testing framework, Gherkin syntax
- Interest in setting up OpenAPI (Swagger)-based API documentation, knowledge of the standard and tools
- Knowledge of lifecycle management tools such as Azure Devops
Your Key responsibilities
- Establishing overall testing strategy for an online platform including unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests, performance and load tests
- Setting up and maintaining automated test plans (back-end, front-end, backbone)
- Helping with the introduction of Test-Driven Development
- Documenting test plans
- Evangelizing the testing activity
- Overseeing the testing activities of developers, product owners and other stakeholders
- Preparing reports for stakeholders
- Setting up Power BI-based dashboards
