You’ll collaborate closely with the international logistics and customs clearance team, building solutions with Java, Spring, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and other tools, contributing directly to smarter, faster global operations.

- Has 5+ years of experience in Java development.
- Expertise in the Java ecosystem.
- Has strong analytical thinking and enjoys solving complex system interactions.
- Communicates fluently in English and is comfortable engaging with stakeholders across countries.
- Enjoys autonomy – you define your work in collaboration with the business.
- Is proactive, self-managed, and motivated to deliver high-quality solutions in dynamic environments.
- Bonus if you have experience with customs, logistics, or high-throughput back-end systems.
In this role, you will:
- Gain deep expertise in logistics and align development with business needs.
- Collaborate directly with the business team and the analyst.
- Develop high-quality features and services, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Support future system improvements or potential rebuilds based on long-term product direction.
- Have a dedicated mentor during the onboarding period to ensure a smooth transition.
- As you grow into the role, you’ll work with minimal supervision and take full ownership of your delivery, from analysis to release.
