We are the Sales Team at Helmes Lithuania, and we are looking for a curious and motivated Sales Intern to join us!
Join Helmes!This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in sales within a leading IT company. In this role, you will explore how AI tools like ChatGPT can support sales processes, research companies and competitors to uncover growth opportunities, work with sales systems such as CRM and Sales Navigator, assist the team with a variety of tasks, and take part in outreach and lead nurturing activities.
Challenges you’ll tackle:
- Use ChatGPT and other AI technology to support sales tasks
- Research projects, companies, and competitors to identify opportunities for business improvement
- Work with everyday sales tools such as Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, and CRM systems
- Support the team with various tasks as needed
- Conduct cold outreach and contribute to lead nurturing
Skills for success:
- Familiarity with writing prompts with AI tools to generate effective results
- Strong research skills with the ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize information efficiently
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and solve problems thoughtfully
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research and outreach
