We’re looking for a motivated and curious Junior Business Analyst who’s eager to grow step by step, starting with testing and support tasks and developing into a skilled business analyst.
You’ll be guided by an experienced analyst, gaining hands-on experience with real software projects and learning the foundations of both business and system analysis.

- Some professional experience, or are a recent graduate / final-year student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Analysis and Design of Information Systems, or a related field
- Practical experience in software development or analysis (e.g., through internships, projects, or personal work)
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and development teams
- Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan and follow through on tasks
- Experience visualizing processes, creating simple prototypes, and documenting workflows
- A strong sense of ownership, structure, and accountability
- Willingness to start with testing and support tasks and gradually grow into a full business analyst role
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
- A genuine interest in understanding clients’ business goals and translating them into actionable requirements
Your contribution to the team:
- Understand clients’ business needs and collaborate with the team to design effective technical solutions
- Support business analysis activities: gather requirements, create process diagrams and prototypes, and document workflows
- Break down complex business logic into actionable tasks
- Participate in software testing, user support, and project documentation (Jira, Confluence)
- Take initiative, contribute ideas, and grow step by step into more advanced analysis and system design tasks
