We are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in software development;
- expertise in the Java ecosystem, with a willingness to develop features using Angular in the near future;
- comfortable working with agile methodologies and pair programming, as well as with test-driven development and design patterns;
- good spoken and written English;
- team player with effective communication skills;
- eagerness to take ownership of tasks, deliver quality code, and improve coding practices.
You will:
- develop deep knowledge of the logistics domain to align with business needs;
- design, implement, and maintain automated test cases to uphold high-quality standards;
- identify and optimize performance bottlenecks to enhance scalability;
- impact on key transformation initiatives (microservices and cloud migration);
- work in an inclusive, collaborative culture where all contributions are valued.
