You are a great addition to our team if you

  • Have previous experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Project Manager or Product Owner in software-based product development or similar field 
  • Strive to work with passion & care, get things done
  • Are eager to understand the customer’s business challenges and curious how to best use technology to solve them
  • Are able to translate business needs into technical specifications and designs
  • Have excellent communication skills – both in listening and presenting
  • Value and contribute to well structured and detailed documentation
  • Have a well balanced combination of big ideas and constant reality checks
  • Are not afraid to challenge business partners into new ways of thinking
  • Are interested in the new trends of technology and business models, applying new technologies and implementing new solutions
  • Have excellent English and Estonian language skills, both written and spoken
  • Have higher education in IT or business

You should have experience with the following

  • UML
  • GDPR 
  • Microservices architecture
  • SQL and relational databases
  • Gathering, clarifying, analyzing and specifying requirements, user stories, creating technical documentation and UI prototypes
