What our data unit does
- We work with customers across several sectors, as finance, e-commerce , and real estate, primarily in the Nordics and Western Europe
- We set up data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and do business analytics
- We work with both on-premises and cloud solutions. This means using tools ranging from MS SQL to Snowflake and Databricks
- We have taken a technology-agnostic approach to different challenges
- We’re a friendly team of international specialists who help and mentor each other
As a Team Lead, you will
- Support the Business Unit Lead in sales and client acquisition by drafting offers and handling related tasks as needed
- Customer account management; Managing communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Managing people: motivation, personal development, and training planning for all team members.
- Planning team capacity and allocating technical resources
- Responsible for making hiring decisions
- Handling team finances: budgeting, billing, and reporting
- Doing project work (as much as your competencies and time allow)
Your key responsibilities include
- Inspire, motivate, and support your team’s growth and development
- Ensure your team has the necessary resources, including technology, skills, and capacity, to succeed
- Monitor team performance and continuously seek opportunities for improvement
- Manage financial aspects, including monthly billing and reporting
- Build lasting partnerships with clients and actively explore future collaboration opportunities
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communication, fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
We are looking for
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

- A natural ability to lead, inspire, negotiate, and bring people along
- Reliable, mature, and committed to taking ownership
- Excellent in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Deep interest in data engineering and related domains
- Previous experience working as a Data Engineer/Data Analyst/BI Developer, or similar, is a plus
- Experience in sales is a plus
