In this role, you’ll coach and lead teams, identify new business opportunities, and execute sales strategies

 

You’ll work closely with fellow Business Area Leads and cross-functional teams to foster business growth and achieve shared goals

As a Business Area Lead, you will be

  • Leading and coaching existing teams to help them achieve ambitious goals, and fostering leadership development among Team Leads
  • Driving sales initiatives, developing strategies, and implementing upselling efforts, with an emphasis on expanding into international markets
  • Maintaining and nurturing strong client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with other Business Area Leads and cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, legal, HR, etc) to ensure overall business growth
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills in an agile environment to enhance team efficiency and responsiveness
  • Managing risks, building networks, and establishing partnerships at both local and international levels
  • Taking ownership of specific business domains, making strategic decisions for growth, and working hands-on to achieve set objectives
  • Managing cost and revenue structures with a focus on budgeting and maintaining financial discipline

We are looking for

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong business orientation and proven experience in leading people, teams, and business areas
  • Strong sales experience in selling services/products and the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans, including upselling
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and guiding teams, with excellent leadership skills focused on responsibility, ownership, and clear, impactful communication
  • A good understanding of service company structures, cost management, and working in an agile environment
  • A driven, ambitious, and hands-on approach to leadership
  • Proactiveness, structure, and a genuine interest in software development
  • Fluency in both Estonian and English (written and spoken)
