Join our team!We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- At least 1.5 years of experience in business analysis (in software projects) or system analysis
- Experience conducting client interviews to gather and clarify requirements
- Ability to create prototypes and process diagrams that effectively visualize solutions and workflows
- Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate openly and effectively with clients
- A genuine interest in understanding clients’ business goals and translating them into clear, actionable requirements
- Initiative and a sense of ownership, you take pride in your work and follow through independently
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
Your contribution to the team:
- Understanding the client’s business goals, needs, and success criteria to develop the best technical solutions in collaboration with the team
- Collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to design solutions that truly fit client needs
- Managing projects proactively, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflows
- Breaking down complex business logic into actionable tasks and clear documentation
- Bringing your initiative and passion to every project, working with a mindset of growth and innovation
