As an Analyst, you will be in charge of
- Understanding the client’s business goals, needs and success criteria in order to come up with the best technical solutions together with the team
- Gathering, clarifying, analyzing and specifying requirements and user stories, creating technical documentation and UI prototypes
- Participating in overall communication and workshops with the client, partners and development team
- Assigning action points to the team, the client and partners
You are a great addition to the team with
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Product Owner in software-based product development or similar field
- Higher education in IT or business
- Excellent communication skills in English and Estonian language
- Interest in project management to support team lead
- Care about open and honest communication and feedback
- Attentive toward your team, partners, clients and experience of end-users
- Interest in the trends of technology and new business models and applying them in daily work
- Eagerness to learn, improve and take responsibility
