We’re looking for a team lead who is great with people, confident working across cultures, comfortable in fast-changing environments, and motivated to grow in the IT world.
What we are looking for
We’re on the lookout for a motivated Team Lead to manage client relationships, lead multicultural teams, and ensure the success of software development projects based in the Gulf region. You’ll be working closely with key clients and our tech teams, often on-site for longer periods.
Must-haves:
- Experience in the Gulf region (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain) and strong understanding of local culture and communication styles
- Willingness to travel and be present on-site for extended periods
- Strategic mindset with a flexible, persistent, and proactive approach
- People-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills – you listen well, adapt quickly, and build trust across cultures.
- Interest in IT and digital solutions – previous experience in tech is not required, but willingness to learn is essential
- Experience in sales, project management, or customer relationship management
What you’ll be doing
- Lead projects in Saudi Arabia, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Bridge the gap between business and tech teams – making sure both worlds are aligned
- Understand and translate business needs into project goals and actions
- Create a supportive and inspiring team environment
