- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst
- Experience with REST API design and system integrations
- Skilled in requirements analysis, documentation, and mapping
- Ability to read and understand physical data models
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Very good Estonian and English, both written and spoken
In your role as a System Analyst, you will:
- Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to shape solutions that meet clients’ needs
- Facilitate communication and planning between the client, team, and partners
- Take part in daily stand-ups, workshops, and sprint planning
- Help break down business goals into clear technical tasks and documentation
- Support smooth system development through clear analysis and collaboration
