What You’ll Do:

  • Manual Regression Testing: Execute manual regression tests with a keen eye, focusing on complex system interactions and non-automated scenarios.
  • Test Planning & Design: Collaborate with product owners and developers to clarify requirements and design detailed, optimized and up-to-date test scenarios.
  • Supporting Dev Teams: Collaboratively define test scopes and fine-tune our automation strategies for integration and E2E tests.
  • QA Environment & Data Management: Set up and manage test data and QA environments to ensure accurate testing.
  • Bug Investigation & Reporting: Log clear, detailed bug reports and work closely with devs to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the QA team to improve overall test quality while helping shape and optimize our testing strategy to boost efficiency and ensure our test suites remain effective and relevant.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of working experience as a QA Engineer/Tester.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with manual regression testing and test case design.
  • Good understanding of software development cycles and corresponding testing processes.
  • You can work independently with multiple tasks on hand and prioritize them.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand complex systems.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.
  • Very good English, both written and spoken.
