You’ll support clients across six countries in the Nordic and Baltic regions, providing friendly and efficient assistance.

As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with Helmes’ corporate customers (not end-users) via email and chat 
  • Collaborate with the development team and handle simpler development-related tasks 
  • Coordinate support and maintenance workflows within the team 
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation (e.g., API guides, system overviews) 
  • Create extra value for our clients by showing that we care and are ready to go the extra mile 
  • Have the opportunity to contribute to various projects in both technical support and software development  

You are great addition to the team if you:

  • Have a solid understanding of SQL 
  • Are familiar with programming basics (e.g., C#, Java, Python) and software development principles (academic or personal projects count!) 
  • Are motivated to develop your skills in software development while maintaining a technical support focus 
  • Communicate fluently in English, and Estonian 
  • Are proactive, well-organized, and able to manage tasks independently 
  • Have strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of broader context 
  • Hold or are pursuing higher education degree (preferred but not required)
