Your role:
- Participate in the clients’ meetings to understand the client’s business needs, including their technical capabilities/infrastructure
- Advise the client on how to solve their business needs through IT and introduce the different technical options, communicating architectural decisions clearly
- Leading technical direction, architecture, and development planning
- Facilitating roadmap creation, effort estimation, and technical prioritization
- Mentoring developers and creating space for their professional growth
- Collaborating closely with PMs, Product Owners, Architects, and other lead roles
- Staying hands-on with code where it adds the most value

We are looking for:
- Experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or Architect
- Strong technical background in Java, relational DBs, and a modern JS framework (Angular, React, or Vue)
- Ability to guide people and support developers’ growth
- Experience with defining architecture visions and turning visions into executable roadmaps
- Willingness to actively and constructively communicate across roles and teams
- Fluency in Estonian and professional proficiency in English
