Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-focused Technical Recruiter to join our Tallinn office lovely HR team, to help us recruit top talents for our teams.

You will:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, mostly for technical roles
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
  • Provide excellent candidate experience
  • Source candidates, build and communicate with professional networks and ask referrals
  • Work with candidate pipelines and passive candidates
  • Improve recruitment and selection processes together with HR team
  • Collaborate with digital marketing for building recruitment campaigns on social media
  • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates, including tech conferences and meetups
  • Manage other areas in HR on an as needed basis

We are looking for a Recruiter who has:

  • Passion for people and recruitment 
  • Minimum 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience, incl. sourcing  
  • Experience in technical recruitment is a bonus
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (screeningphone and in-person interviewing etc.) 
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a bonus  
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Forward-looking and contributing fresh ideas about how to improve our processes and employer brand 
  • Proficiency of both written and spoken Estonian and English
