You will:

• Inspire and provide leadership to our group companies in working towards well balanced security ecosystem
• Raise awareness of cyber security in our colleagues, partners, and clients
• Work together with our business areas and IT teams in daily security concerns as well as in group level risk management
• Assist in finding and implementing most suitable security technologies, tools depending on the business goals and opportunities
• Coordinate the security budget with related vendors, partners

We are looking for:

• 5 years’ experience in IT information security field
• Strong project management and organization skills with the will to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Caring towards the team, the partners, the clients, and the experience of end-users
• High interest in the trends of IT security field, and has network of fellow enthusiasts
• Attitude of getting things done including the needed amount of live documentation
• High motivation to grow in cyber security management field
• Excellent English and Estonian language skills, both written and spoken

Additionally, it is good if you have:

• Degree in business administration or a technology-related field
• Professional security management certification and/or knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001
• Experience in working with (agile) software development teams
• Russian language skill is considered as bonus
